Every month, seventy five percent of all the management fees your portfolio generates is paid to you. We keep twenty five percent for powering the whole thing.
Setup fees, feasibility reports and the rest of the eight income streams in the model are paid to you directly, and you keep every penny.
The model has evolved. For years this was a traditional franchise, and we deliberately rebuilt it as a licence: more flexibility, a bigger share of the fees to the local partner, and your company owned outright by you. Any income depends entirely on the individual, the work you put in and your market.
